In the back of a Green Garden lies the ' Garden room ' , 2 stand-alone studio's equipped with all comfort. The garden rooms are the ideal base in Belgium to visit the seaside resort Knokke, Bruges and surroundings. To enjoy everything that the East Coast has to offer: culture, gastronomy, nature and tranquility. Ideal also for shopping because Knokke is known for its exclusive boutiques and galleries that are open on Sundays!

The garden side of the garden room 1 is just about completely out of glass and, together with a light dome for a wonderfully light and airy atmosphere. The room is at the end of our garden you are away of the world '. With good weather, you can relax in our garden.

Garden room 1 offers space for 2 persons. You will stay in a comfortable double bed with luxurious linen. In the sitting area with cosy armchairs we provide, of course, the necessary reading and information about Knokke and surroundings. We are both born in Knokke and are always ready to inform you en provide you with insider tips. We bring you in the morning a full breakfast basket with home made products at the appointed hour. So you can slowly wake up and have breakfast at your own rhythm.

If you arrive by train we pick you up with pleasure at the station.This is 2 km from the B&B located. At the end of our street there is a bus stop which takes you to the city centre, Bruges or Sluis in Holland . By bicycle it is 5 minutes to the Centre and it is a 10-minute cycling tour to the sea, we propose bikes to our guest for free. Also we offer our garage free at your disposal.

But most of all we want to offer you a stay as we would like to have it .

We kwamen laat aan, maar werden toch hartelijk verwelkomd. Romantische locatie in de tuin. Heerlijk ontbijt en extra verwennerij tussendoor. Een aanrader!

Why can't I call Eddy (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Eddy (the owner) a message.

If Eddy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
