Can Eiviss de Talamanca ( CASA DANIELA ) is composed of two double bedrooms with 2 full bathroomws ensuite, a totally equipped American style kitchen, living area TV salon, dining area on the porch by the sea, 1 small office which can be converted into an additional bedroom, 1 solarium deck terrace 3 metres from the sea water with hammocks and with outdoor shower, 1 grass green shade and cool terrace and chillout by the sea with juniper trees , 1 covered furnished terrace in the upper area.

Almost ........... a PRIVATE BEACH inside the house, with direct access to it !!!
