From the owner

This luxury villa offers peace and tranquillity. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 en suite) and 1 outside shower for the overflow pool. All bedrooms have fans and air conditioning. The main bedroom, 2 bathrooms , kitchen and sitting room are located on the upper floor and cooled by a gentle breeze in the summer months. There are balconies with views of the sea and the mountains and a view of an ancient monastery. The sitting room has an open fireplace for the winter months, fans for the summer months, and satelite TV and Hi-Fi systems. The ground floor bedrooms have access to the same views and a covered patio. There is central heating for the winter months. The villa is within easy reach of good restaurants and local shops, within 10 minutes drive of the nearest supermarket and 20 minutes drive from Kyrenia, its harbour and shops.
The coast road, giving access to many beaches, hotels and sporting facilities, is less than 2 km from the villa. There are wonderful walks in the mountains behind.

The overflow swimming pool (4.5m x 8.5m) enjoys beautiful views of the garden, the mountains and the sea.
There is garden and underwater pool lighting for the evening ambiance.
The property is enclosed by a stone perimeter wall.

Why can't I call Celia (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Celia (the owner) a message.

If Celia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
