The stunning Bagadab Mountains provide the backdrop to our modern villa, which is perfectly situated in a tranquil and peaceful location and within a 10-minute walk to numerous quality restaurants/ bars and a large variety of shops.

The villa is named 'Sakin', which translates from Turkish as tranquil/calm/peaceful which we think describes our villa perfectly. The refreshing pool is Olympic-sized with a smaller children’s pool or you can relax in the manicured surrounding gardens. Sakin villa boasts the largest garden area on this prestigious development where you can chill and sunbathe by the pool or on the spacious balconies. The large patio area is perfectly situated for alfresco dining, with a table and 6 chairs, and a stone-built BBQ.

The villa is finished to the highest specification offering full air-conditioned accommodation comprising of a large open plan lounge with unlimited internet WIFI, 50’ Samsung SMART TV, which includes NetFlix, YouTube etc.

The Kitchen is fully fitted with all new equipment inc. utensils/pans/plates/cutlery, gas cooker and hob and a large American-type fridge/freezer etc. also situated within the kitchen area is a new digital hot/cold water cooler and a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine perfect for the first coffee of the day.

The villa has 3 colour-themes bedrooms with the master bedroom being en-suite with an external patio which has 2 rattan sun-loungers, perfect for watching the sunset with a long cold drink.

The ‘Lilac’ & ‘Topaz’ Bedrooms each have 2 single beds and full facilities. An upstairs bathroom/shower between both Twin Rooms and a downstairs W/C.

Due to the complex being family orientated we do not accept same gender group bookings.

Our villa has an open plan ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen,dining area and lounge with sky fibre WIFI through out the villa and dual aspect patio doors which leads onto a spacious patio area. There is also a shower room for easy use after pool or sunbathing.The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave water cooler, etc and a spacious dining area. marble staircase leads to three large bedrooms, a master with a large balcony and en suite bathroom and two twin bedded rooms with an additional bathroom . All of the bedrooms boast pool or mountain views with ample wardrobe space. Bedding, linen and towels are provided. All rooms have air conditioning and the floors and worktops are constructed with high quality marble and granite. The Mountain View complex benefits from a very high level of customer service and has 24 hour on site security and the above combine to create a safe, secure and carefree holiday environment, in a villa ,that we think is a real home from home.

2 luxury sunbeds are on the balcony with fabulous views of the mountain range.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lynne and Grahame (the owner) a message.

If Lynne and Grahame (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
