The villa is the end terrace of six properties. It has a lovely large sun terrace overlooking the pool with views across the hills. The beautiful village of Polis with its pedestrianised restaurant area is about 15 minutes walk away. The unspoilt beach is about 2km away and the attractive Marina and seaside resort of Latchi which offers watersport activities is approx 3km.

The house which is air conditioned throughout has two twin bedrooms, each with en suite shower, WC and washbasin. There is a further WC downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a beautiful lounge and dining area. The flat screen TV has a set top box which receives all UK Freeview channels plus some Sky ones. It also offers a 7 day catch up facility. A DVD/CD player is also provided. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms as well as in the lounge and dining areas.
