This stunning and well furnished luxury villa has 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, there are 2 master suites with their own lounges, one with a sauna. This villa is set in almost an acre of lush tropical gardens with orange, lemon, avocado and grapefruit trees all available for you to pick. There are many terraces for you to use and being south facing means you have sun all day but we do have shaded terraces for you to escape to with your chilled champagne. situated less than half a mile outside the beautiful and traditional Spanish village of Benalmadena Pueblo. Benalmádena Marina is a 15 minute drive away and it has won awards several times for being one of the most beautiful marinas in Europe. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within a 2 minute drive. The BBQ and outdoor kitchen is fully equipped for your Alfresco dining. The villa has security gates with video - intercom, parking for 8 cars and it is completely private. Any additional services can be provided for you from full maid service to takeaway menus! We are completely accessible to anyone as the villa is tastefully adapted to be wheelchair friendly for anyone with special needs.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jane (the owner) a message.

If Jane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
