This luxury 3-bedroom raised Ground Floor, Apartment (102) is set in a small, intimate Beachside complex of only 35-apartments & has uninterrupted Sea and Beach views. On the Paseo - we provide Bikes. From the Master Bedroom, you can lie in bed and see, hear and smell the Sea and even at night, with our newly installed Mosquito blinds, you can enjoy that experience alone!
The views from the Terrace are quite unique. It is as though you are in touching distance of the Beach and the Sea. Nothing in between! The Terrace is completely private - no-one overlooks or can see in. The Master Bedroom (and the Lounge/Dining Area) lead on to the lovely terrace which has Kettal sun-beds, a table and chairs for outdoor eating and a covered area. A Gas BBQ can be provided. There is also a 5-seater Hot Tub on the Terrace as well as steps leading down to the Pool Area (Heated all year round to at least 27c - if the Sun is not sufficient - actually, that is only really August) and Garden area where there are also lots of sun-loungers (and umbrellas) which mean that you can sun-bathe towards the sun at any time of the day.
You can then use your own key to the Beach gate to access the wonderful, wide, Sandy beach beyond a strip of grass that is perfect for holiday ball games. The sea is wonderful in summer, and, for those brave enough, also out of season! If you are not brave enough pop back through the gate, rinse off any sand, and swim in the lovely nearly 20 metre pool which is ideal for lengths and playing. There is a shallow end with easy steps for the old and young alike.
The generously proportioned and tastefully decorated Bedrooms have very comfortable Beds (praised by Vanity Fair magazine) with luxurious linen and pillows. All the bedrooms have electronic shutters - so set the alarm if you want to wake up early!
The Master Bedroom is a double with en-suite marble Bathroom (Jacuzzi Bath, powerful Walk-in Shower, Toilet and double sinks) and the other two bedrooms can be configured as singles or Doubles. These two bedrooms share a Bathroom with a Toilet and Shower. There is also an additional Guest WC. All bedrooms can comfortably accommodate a Z-Bed or a Cot.
As the Apartments are also used as Corporate Retreats, they have very fast Fibre Optic and high Bandwidth. You can play music through Amazon Alexa, also via the fabulous sound quality of Vita Audio.
The Lounge boasts a 55" TV with Sound Bar (and a Playstation PS4) and a 40" TV in the Master Bedroom - both with full international iPTV channels, sports (every Premier League Match), thousands of movies and box sets; Netflix, Prime and more. Both of the other Bedrooms also have TVs with Terrestrial TV, Netflix, Prime etc.
There is a lovely dining area with a 6-seater Glass Table.
The well-appointed, marble Kitchen has a full set of Siemens Appliances (including a "waist-height" dishwasher - so you do not even have to bend!) and an additional full-height wine and drinks cooler. It even has a Filtered-water tap. Crockery, cutlery, pans, dishes are all of the highest El Corte Ingles quality. There is a Nespresso as standard and other Coffee Machines are available. Whatever else you want to make it Home From Home, please let us know and we will do our best to oblige. Waffle-maker anyone?
The apartment has very effective Air-Conditioning and Heating Systems covering all Bedrooms and the Lounge / Dining Area, but for the sake of the planet and the electricity bills, please do not leave them on when you are out for the day or with the Patio doors open!
You can opt for Basic Housekeeping (a 2-hour relax clean every c4 days - with a Linen Change every other Clean) or, really relax with choices right up to Daily Cleans, turn down service (with or without a chocolate on your pillow!), a shopping or cooking service…. Actually, whatever you want from our in-house Housekeeping Team. There is a fully equipped Utility Room with Washing machine and Drier and iron - but if you really want a break from it all, our Housekeepers are happy to use them for you!
