A bright and airy self-catered apartment on the third floor of 'Residence le Pavillon' in Rue du Dr Paccard, Chamonix town centre. Great views of the town and mountains. PLEASE NOTE: the location shown on the map is sometimes displayed wrongly and shows it half way up the mountain.

Located in the pedestrianised main street, next door to shops, bars and restaurants. Only 100 metres from the local bus stops and 500 metres from the train station, giving convenient access to all of the mountain/ski areas and villages in the picturesque Chamonix valley.

Lift / elevator access. Comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. The bedroom has king-size bed (which can be split into twin beds) and a large wardrobe. The lounge includes double sofa bed, sofa, table and 6 chairs, and a separate kitchen area. Bathroom and separate WC.

WI-Fi, French and UK TV channels, DVD player, iPhone/Mp3 docking station, ceramic hob, mini oven/grill, dishwasher.

Baby's "umbrella" collapsible cot is stored in the bedroom.

Storage cupboards in the entrance hall.

Skis/boards boots must be kept in the hall behind the door to the apartment and not left in the corridor.
Please be considerate and keep noise down when entering and leaving the apartment wearing ski gear.
Be careful when the windows are open in case children try to lean out.
For bottles, paper and cardboard please use the recycling bins in the car park behind Snell Sports. Other rubbish bags should be left in the bin room (local a poubelles) on the ground floor.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mike (the owner) a message.

If Mike (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
