This newly-renovated, well-appointed holiday home in a quiet village setting offers spacious, stylish and very comfortable accommodation for our discerning self-catering guests. Ideal for families, couples, friends or professionals. Elegant living, kitchen and dining areas. Three cosy individual bedrooms. A tranquil nook on the mezzanine offers an additional lounge / sleeping space. Free WiFi. Satellite TV. All linens included. Under-floor heating. Wood-pellet stove. 110m2. Private entrance. Private off-road parking. Outdoor dining area to the front of the property. Non-smoking property throughout. No pets allowed.

We can accommodate six guests comfortably based on two people per bedroom. Two additional guests could sleep in the sofa-bed on the mezzanine. Two baby cots are at your disposal at no extra charge. For larger groups, we can also offer the studio (at a charge & if available) which sleeps two people (2 single non-adjacent beds).

The Loft

Large ground-level entrance with seating. Utility room.

First floor open-plan living room adjoining a modern well-equipped kitchen / dining area. The stylish and spacious lounge offers satellite TV, a DVD player and toys. The contemporary kitchen comprises: ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and various electrical appliances (coffee machines, kettle, toaster, sandwich-maker, blender, raclette, etc.).

Bedroom 1 has a calm décor and is newly furnished with a king-size bed (160x200 cm) and a baby cot (baby bed linen available upon request). Access to the bathroom via a dressing area.

Bedroom 2 offers a fresh, contemporary style with a double bed (140x190 cm). Additional baby cot available.

Bedroom 3 is designed with a warm country cottage look in mind. Two single beds (90x190 cm). Child safety bed-guard available.

The mezzanine floor has a soothing ambiance with further sitting / sleeping amenities (bed-sofa 120x190 cm).

The large bathroom has a shower, bath and double wash basins. Separate toilet. Toileteries, hair-dryer and some baby equipment provided.

Why can't I call Marian (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Marian (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marian (the owner) a message.

If Marian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
