The 3 bedroom villa is built in a Nubian style with domed ceilings, and has been carefully maintained by European owners. The house boasts free WiFi, is tastefully furnished in a modern style and is perfectly located in the only gated development in El Gouna in a tranquil area. You are within easy walking distance of many restaurants and shops, but away from any road noise.

There is 24 hour security.

It benefits from having the largest landscaped garden in the area, carefully looked after by our local gardeners. The large, private pool is surrounded by marbled terrace which has all the outdoor furniture needed to fully relax.

In addition to 6 sun beds and shady umbrellas, you can enjoy lazy days on the comfortable outdoor informal seating area, dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table for six and cook up a tasty feast on the large gas BBQ.

Inside you will find 3 comfortable air conditioned bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The first floor master bedroom is en-suite, with a large TV and views over the pool and gardens. There is further family shower room and separate cloakroom adjoining the downstairs bedrooms.

There is a light and contemporary air conditioned lounge with modern furnishings, a 55 inch smart TV with programs available in all languages, and a stylish and convivial dining area open plan to the fully equipped kitchen for a chef’s table experience.

Once you arrive your assistance is further helped by our resident agent who will provide further help and assistance 24 hours.

The private freshwater pool can be heated to your desired temperature at your request, prior to your arrival. A major advantage from October until April. Please read our guest reviews.

The stunning and sophisticated Abu Tig Superyacht Marina is a short walk away where you can spend warm nights eating at one of the many beautiful restaurants, sipping cocktails at the waterside or perusing the designer clothing and jewellery stores. The Downtown area of El Gouna is also a short distance on foot, where you will find a lively, authentic Egyptian atmosphere, friendly bars, shops and wide variety of cuisines to suit all tastes.

For the more active holidaymaker, El Gouna provides the opportunity for snorkelling, diving, kite surfing, horse riding , go-karting, tennis, quad biking, lagoon trips and trips to lively Hurghada, Luxor and Cairo further afield. The nearest Golf course of two is 10 minutes away.

For those looking for pure relaxation , the private garden and pool provide the ideal spot to unwind and worship the sun. El Gouna itself has several beaches, and you may access the health and beauty facilities at the resorts nearby five star hotels for a daily charge.

The resort is well serviced by a regular bus service and the Tok Tok's which are the fun local transport for a trip anywhere in the resort.

There are six supermarkets and a butcher and grocery store easily accessible in Downtown and the Marina, and the large Gourmet Supermarket is a short Tok Tok ride away, providing all your staples with the addition of vegetarian and gluten free eating options and fresh fruit and vegetables for those who like to self cater.

Property is managed by and Egyptian / European family on hand to answer any questions, assist with trips and taxis or airport transfers. We provide you with a comprehensive information pack to help you obtain the most from your stay.

You will find boats in the local area to charter on line, and the many dive schools also provide snorkelling trips to the reefs where you can feel like you are swimming in an aquarium, and often encounter dolphins and turtles.

There is a jetty at Zeytouna beach which is a 15 minute walk away from which you can snorkel with a myriad of beautiful reef wildlife.

The villa has three large double bedrooms with one of the ground floor rooms having direct access to the pool. The living areas are light, airy and open plan and the villa has Egyptian domed ceilings, handmade Egyptian glass lights and marble floors. Master bedroom has a king sized bed, dressing table and hair dryer and straighteners. The others have twin single beds in each, which can be configured to make double beds. Air conditioning and heating is provided in very room of the villa with two units in the dining room and lounge, and one in each bedroom, all fully remote controlled with timers.First floor master bedroom has en-suite, and a pool view. The ground floor has a separate cloakroom and shower room.

The comfortable lounge has satellite European TV with 69 channels, 25 english speaking, sports, Netflix, Amazon and Disney. The kitchen has an infrared digital hob with extractor fan, separate oven and combi-microwave grill. There is a toaster, sandwich maker, coffee maker, kettle, pots, pans crockery and cutlery for six. A washing machine is available for your use, and there is fridge freezer. There is a freestanding cold water dispenser for your convenience, you can purchase 5 gallon bottles for this in all the local supermarkets.

BABY PACK: We can provide a cot (linen included), high chair, new blender and baby monitors if you require them for your stay, at no additional cost. The For your added security smoke alarms in the hallways. THERE IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING IN THE VILLA.

You will find handsoap and toilet paper in the bathrooms at the start of your stay, you will need to re supply these during your stay.

All bath, hand and pool towels are provided.

Further details outdoors

There are six pool loungers all with cushions. The marble terrace has a shaded pergola with seating for 6 around a dining table, and informal seating above which you will find two electric ceiling fans. The gardens beautiful and lush and filled with local flowering plants and full sized palm trees giving huge amounts of shade and interest. The beautiful pool with marble surround is cleaned every two days and heated to your choice up to 32C (dependent on the time of year and the wind). A pool cover and roller has been provided for added heat retention. Depth from 0.8 to 1.6 mtr with roman steps for easy entry.

Outdoor lights have been installed for mood lighting at night.

There is a parking area at the side of the villa, and a paved entranceway.

The area of South Marina is tranquil and populated by many full time residents.

Please be respectful of your neighbours whilst you are at the villa, and kindly respect a quiet time from 11pm to 7am. Kindly drive and park respectfully whilst at Villa Tesa.
