Completely remodeled and conveniently located, the apartment is a 5-minute walk from Piazzale Roma Square (terminal point for buses and cars) where a bus terminal and car parking can be found. Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station is also 10-minute walk away.

The nicely decorated apartment consists of 2 large bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower (please, look the map between the pictures!), is equipped with everything needed to have a nice and comfortable stay.

Located on the ground floor (for this reason, unfortunately, it is not very bright, but you’ll have to stay there almost only to sleep, it’s so?!) you’ll have not to climb uncomfortable stairs with luggage on arrival and every day when you’ll return from long walks!

Campo Santa Margherita, one of the bigger and nicer of the city, is a 2-minute walk away and is a lively area where tourist and locals alike gather for a snack, dinner or mouth-watering ice-cream. Frari Basilica is an 3-minute walk away, as is the San Rocco Scuola Grande (one of the most prominent and captivating buildings in the city) and Ca' Foscari University.

A bakery, a pastry, a supermarket and some bar are located nearby, and you will can have lunch or dinner in some good restaurants just outside the building which offer a special discount to our guests.

You'll find the San Tomà Vaporetto stop by just 5-minute walk from the apartment.

Here you'll live the true venetian life, like venetian people, with all the singularities of this town: during the winter there is the typical bulkhead at the door entrance, essential to protect the house from the "high water" phenomenon. You'll have suitable rubber-boots to use, to enjoy Venice in this charming context too.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Sabina (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sabina (the owner) a message.

If Sabina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
