Comfortable and panoramic apartment (mansard) at the first floor of a villa situated on the Ionic coast, in the middle of archaeological and artistic historical wealths of the eastern part of Sicily. In close proximity to the ancient cities of the Greek traditions, like Syracuse, Taormina and Palazzolo Acreide. One can admire the great Baroque historical centre in Noto, Modica and Ragusa. Only 2km far from the seaside, a few kilometres from the natural reserve of Vendicari, long white beaches of Fontane Bianche and the coasts of Portopalo di Capo Passero, 30 minutes by car from Etna, the highest active vulcan in Europe.
The apartment is very quiet and beautifully landscaped. It has an independent kitchen, bathroom, 3 double bedrooms and a small terrace. It is fully equipped with towels, bed linen, TV, air conditioning, parking place, washing machine, ping pong table, refrigerator, coffee maker, furniture, iron, fan.
Special rates in relation to the length of your stay. Special prices are granted for children and it is possible to rent the apartment at a reduced price in case of application for only two people.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
