SITUATION The house Hautures is a typical Arlésienne house on two floors (not suitable for people with problems of displacements and reduced mobility) with three bedrooms for 6 people situated in a former convent in the city center, close to all shops with a relaxation area outside where you can dine and enjoy the sun Arles ,. It lies in the historic heart of the city between the Rhone and monuments as the Arena, the ancient theater and the forum and airy with internet access, comfortably fitted. You will discover the magic of the place and the special atmosphere of the city and its hidden charms. Your home the holiday residence of share Hautures its location allows you to visit the city on foot. Free parking with video surveillance is less than 800 m from the house. THE CITY AND THE REGION Arles is a municipality of the department of Bouches-du-Rhône, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. How do damage deposits work?

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michel (the owner) a message.

If Michel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
