Located in the heart of Albufeira, this 4 bedroom luxury villa is perfect as an ideal getaway with all the modern facilities to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Outside it is ideal for families or large groups that are looking for a quiet setting with excellent entertainment space. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 private swimming pool,

All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned.

Property is a short drive to Pinecliffs, Gale, and Guia (where Algarve shopping is located with large supermarket, many shops supplying clothes, shoes, sports equipment, and large cinema with all the latest releases in English) and 25 min drive to Quinta do Lago. The property is surrounded by the best golf courses, lovely restaurants, supermarket is approx 0.5 km away (large supermarket that houses most essential items).

A wide range of sports facilities are available in Albufeira including golf courses, tennis and water sports.

The property is within an easy stroll to the strip which is located at the end of the road (5 minutes walk)

Oura Beach is less than 5 minutes walk away and easy to get to, there are plenty of shops along the way if you require a newspaper or a cold drink. The villa has good seaviews with private terraces to the 1st floor bedrooms

We accept short stays, however please be aware that the nightly cost will be increased, and request a quote.

If you would like to book this villa we will require a 25% deposit with the remaining balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. Depending on the dates that you wish to book we maybe able to provisionally book the villa for your selected dates whilst you arrange other aspects of your holiday.

We can arrange additional services for your stay from private chef, excursions, wifi. Please contact us for prices and availability.

If you would like the pool to be heated please mention this when requesting a price. There is a charge for the pool to be heated.

We can be flexible on the dates, and times that you wish to check in and out of the villa subject to other bookings. When making a booking please specify your travel arrangements to see if we can accommodate them.

All the furniture is to a high standard. Leather sofas in the living room, with modern solid wooden dining table and chairs. Large tv in a large living room with modern lighting and air conditioning. With large sliding doors leading out to the front of the house.

The kitchen is fully integrated with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer, microwave. The kitchen leads out onto the pool and BBQ area with outside seating.

Bedroom 1: Large Double bedroom located on the ground floor beside the kitchen and leads out onto the pool. benefits from en suite facilities, modern built in wardrobe, side lights and modern ceiling lights.

Bedroom 2: Lower ground floor - benefits from 3 single beds with en suite facilities, air conditioning and wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: Located on the 1st floor has a double bed, ensuite facilities, private terrace looking onto the pool with sea views. Fitted wardrobes with ample room to hang all your clothes.

Bedroom 4: Main bedroom - Located on the 1st floor, has a solid wooden modern double bed, with side tables, modern built in wardrobe, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, and south facing private terrace looking onto the sea. We can provide an additional single bed in this room if required.

Villa Forte is surrounded by a concrete wall with aluminum rail. The villa is located on an elevated plot, surrounded by plants and trees. The swimming pool can be heated, and is surrounded by sun loungers and an outside dining area. There is a BBQ outside located beside the kitchen for easy access.

The villa also benefits from a pool table and table tennis table, creating an excellent area to relax outside all day long. There is a shaded area for those who wish to enjoy the outdoors but not be in direct sunlight.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
