The two bedroom modern apartment overlooks Cowes Marina and has great views as well as being close to all the amenities Cowes offers.

Located on the first floor the apartment can be accessed either by lift or one flight of stairs - and has an allocated car parking space.

Sleeping to 6 people their is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a sofa bed. The main double bedroom is en-suite with a walk in wardrobe, bedside cabinet and lamps. The twin bedroom is a also furnished with bedside cabinet and a wardrobe and a family bathroom with a bath, shower and heated towel rails.

The apartment has a stylish open-plan kitchen/living room/dining area. The kitchen has a full range of appliances including oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. There is also a small breakfast bar with kitchen stools. The dining area has table with seating for 4 people. The living room is furnished with sofa, single lounge chair and large TV with freeview and DVD player. The living room has sliding french doors that access the decked balcony.

A spacious and airy apartment with excellent sea views. We stayed for 2 weeks and felt at home immediately. The kitchen is well equipped and it has all the appliances and utensils you'd need for cooking. Great apartment in perfect location. Close to the Ferries and the High Street with its Bars, Restaurants and independent shops. Apartment is clean and fitted out to a high standard and very comfortable and has everything that you could want for short/long stay with all relevant amenities. Prompt communications from Roger and Sheryl who meets you on arrival plus Roger will arrange ferry crossing tickets which was very helpful. He was also able to amend our ferry tickets for us when we had to change them. Also a great Apartment in which relax on the balcony and watch the Yacht's, Ferries and and Cruise Ships sail past.Keith, 15th September 2022

Fantastic apartment with amazing views of the marina. Really clean and very well stocked, with everything you would need to cater whilst on holiday. Lots of good restaurants and pubs close by. A well deserved five star review for this beautiful apartment. The location couldn’t be better. You could spend your whole holiday just sitting watching the ever changing view of the harbour. Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
