3-bedroom villa, very private, with a nice sized pool and garden, ideal for families with children. The zone is very quiet, and the plot is fully enclosed and not overlooked. There is private parking inside for several cars. Air conditioning in all rooms.

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total. The configuration is as follow:

1 bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom;

1 bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom;

1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with a shared bathroom with bathtub;

All the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning;

The kitchen has the necessary furniture and appliances to make it practical and functional, all the essential accessories that should be part of a kitchen are here, such as: dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, among others. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room.

The dining room is just between the kitchen and the living room, with a glass wall that makes it very bright and allow the view to the outside. The living room has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi. It is decorated with bright colours, has two comfortable sofas, an armchair and a puff that are in front of a fireplace, ideal for cold winter days. A sliding door provides access to the outdoor dining area, garden and pool.

Next to the living room there is an outdoor table with glass top and six chairs, this area complements the brick and mortar gazebo that holds the charcoal BBQ and a fixed table and benches lined with traditional tiles. This area is very fresh and Summer and without a doubt one of the best features that this house possesses.

The pool is quite large with approximately 10 meters in length by 5 meters wide and between 1-meter depth by the stairs to over 2 meters by the deep end. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline.

The plot of this villa is completely enclosed which makes it safe for children to play around and it is also not overlooked by any neighbours.

There is parking for 2 or more cars inside the plot.

• Outside the villa is surrounded on all 4 sides by garden areas with parking for up to 3 cars.
• The 10mx5m pool is a particular feature along with the covered barbeque area that can seat 12 and has lighting as well as a sink.
• There's plenty of grass and patio areas for playing games or just relaxing on the sun loungers. There is also a covered patio area outside the lounge which has a table and chairs for more alfresco dining.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
