Kalia Apartments are a luxurious independently built , 4 Star Class Apartments in the heart of Sunny Beach. At 250m to the central strip, beach and water park It is ideal for all , close enough to the centre yet far enough away for peace and a great nights sleep. The complex is the best there is in Sunnybeach for location, tidyness and value for money second to none.

I was the first to buy in the Kalia Complex, so I chose the BEST 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT, which is apartment 12A situated on the 5th floor at the far left of the complex having 3 outside walls going from back to front. This provides a pool view balcony to the front and a large mountain view bedroom balcony to the rear where one can watch the sunset, It really is fantastic. The apartment has 2 powerful air conditioning units that can cool and dehumidify the whole place quickly.

I personally furnished the whole apartment myself , catering for families and couples a like. The bed settee folds out to a full size double bed comfortably sleeping two adults. There is a power shower to blast the sand off from a day on the beach and a fantastic kitchen I designed with a 2 ring ceramic hob, microwave/grill, toaster and kettle. Cable TV with many English channels including cartoons for kids, a 32" Toshiba Flat Screen LCD and DVD player so feel free to bring your films! It is quiet on a night due to its great location, and thanks to the complex design as there are no people walking down corridors as there aren't any, each elevator serves just 3 apartments per floor! There is a restaurant and bar on site and the pool has cylinders where you can place your cocktail when bathing in the heat! There are 2 childrens swings and a childrens slide into the pool! There is a fantastic restaurant over the road that serves great pizzas and steaks. A quality fast food and pizza takeaway open 24hours that is unbelievably cheap is 100m away for those nights in watching a film when the kids need an early night.

Within less then 10 minute stroll is the main strip , bus station , beach , an enormous amount of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and a delicious quality Indian restaurant.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
