Happy Pyrenees - surrounded by mountains - is situated minutes from the town of Argeles-Gazost within the Parc National des Pyrenees in the village of Ayros-Arbouix. There is plenty to do if you like the outdoors; skiing, walking, cycling, paragliding, climbing, canyoning, rafting, canoeing, golf, tennis, horseriding. There are also many local places of interest, including the pilgrimage site in Lourdes. It is just a 10 minute drive to the grotto from Happy Pyrenees, where you can stay peacefully away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Or if you prefer why not spend some time relaxing at the newly renovated Thermes in Argeles-Gazost.

Situated in the grounds of the resident English owner's property - they will be more than happy to point you in the right direction with their local knowledge. The accommodation sleeps 4-6 people, has an open plan ground floor, including a fully equipped kitchenette, sitting / dining area with a separate laundry room. The first floor has two good sized bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed and an en suite shower and wc. Bedroom two has two single beds but can accommodate a third and is served by a separate shower room and wc. All rooms are heated by electric radiators.

We cannot accept animals as we have a dog of our own.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tracey (the owner) a message.

If Tracey (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
