Villa Sophia, in the quiet urbanisation of Las Adelfas, has been extensively renovated and extended by the current owners to create a comfortable second home. The villa’s private pool and extensive outdoor areas for the warmer months make this an ideal summer holiday destination.

The property has secure, private gardens with sea views and a private pool. In addition, there are several outside terraces (with outside lighting) which are ideal for chilling, relaxing and eating.

The first floor master bedroom has a king bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a fitted mirror, fitted wardrobes with hanging/shelf space, air conditioning, sea views and an en suite bathroom with a bath and separate walk-in shower.

Three further bedrooms are located on the ground floor:
Bedroom 1 has sea views, a double bed, bedside cabinets, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes with hanging and shelf space, an en suite bathroom with bath and a separate walk-in shower and sliding doors from the bedroom which lead to the pool and terrace.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds, air conditioning, bedside tables and fitted wardrobes with hanging/shelf space.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds, air conditioning, a bedside table and a chest of drawers (a dedicated fitted wardrobe with hanging/shelf space is located outside the bedroom). The twin bedrooms share a shower room.

The living room area is comfortably furnished with three sofas, a coffee table, DVD, music centre with i-pod docking station and air conditioning. The large table in the dining area seats 8.

The fully fitted kitchen has plenty of storage and worktop space with a gas hob and electric oven.
