This holiday house is located in an old village on the Dordogne valley, between Bergerac (15 kms) and Sarlat .The village full of history (13th-17th centuries) is built with stone houses on a sunny hillside overlooking a small river and its many mills. in the house WIFI and internet free, in the village restaurants and small shops nearby ( bred, vegetables, food, pub ) .The newly renovated cottage and his terrace are located in a small street, simple local service on the heights of the village, ensuring peace and tranquility.Ground floor: open living room-kitchen, bathroom with shower, separate wc.First floor: two bedrooms (double 1 bed and two single beds), TV loungeIn the land of " Pays des bastides", near the Black Périgord and Purple Périgord, you will be ideally situated for exploring the rich heritage, castles, villages and country houses, archaeological sites or browse the many hiking trails from the village, enjoy the Dordogne river nearby.

Cette maison de vacances est située dans un ancien village sur la vallée de la Dordogne, entre Bergerac (15 kms) et Sarlat.Le village chargé d'histoire (13ème - 17ème siècles) est construit de maisons de pierre accrochées au flanc d'une colline ensoleillée surplombant une petite rivière et ses nombreux moulins.La maison de village récemment rénovée 2021 et sa terrasse se situent dans une petite rue, simple desserte locale, sur les hauteurs du village, vous assurant calme et tranquillité. Au rez-de-chaussée: séjour- coin cuisine,salle de bains et wc; étage deux chambres (1lit double,2lits simples) salon TV avec WIFI . Vous pourez vous relaxer, prendre vos repas en toute intimité dans le patio fermé, mais ensoleillé. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anne (the owner) a message.

If Anne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
