From the owner

Lovely villa with large roof top solarium, and front garden ,on a complex with a large pool and childrens pool. Situated in a quiet area, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Fully equipped accommodation comprising 2 double bedrooms, one double next to family bathroom and one twin with en-suite bathroom, lounge and American style kitchen.

Air Con is throughout on a meter charge, the meter takes one and two euro coins and is very economical, the Air Con is also a heater which can be used in the later months, but there is also a Pellet fire fitted for the winter. A pellet fire unlike a wood burner, can be turned on and off at any time. Example, if it gets too warm, or if you decide to leave the house, the fire can be turned off, then lit again on your return. Making it flexible for your individual needs.

There is a courtyard with large awning and patio table & chairs and BBQ where you can sit and dine el fresco. There is a front garden with a large awning where you can enjoy a quiet morning coffee and there is also a large private rooftop solarium where you can sunbath but also has a lovely large awning for those shady moments you may require. The property is situated in a very peaceful location and the private gated swimming pools are located beside the property.

The lounge has 2 fabric sofas, English TV showing English channels with many more, e.g.: Sports and kids channels and films.. The house also has free Wi-Fi for internet use.

The Kitchen area has ample storage and work space and includes fridge-freezer, full oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and ample cooking/dining utensils, iron and ironing board and washing machine. There are 2 double bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds and both with double wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps, and a hair dryer. The fully tiled shower rooms have towel radiator heaters, toilet, vanity unit with wash hand basins, and walk in showers.

The villa is ideal for a long let as well as a holiday stay. Please contact first for long let.

Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided - but please provide your own beach towels.

There is an additional 60euro charge for the clean/laundry which is to be paid in cash to the key holder.

Why can't I call Jenny (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jenny (the owner) a message.

If Jenny (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
