Très agréable maison périgourdine, architecture authentique , reposante, lumineuse, tout confort (cuisine toute équipé, écran plasma 107 cm, fauteuils cuir, barbecue, cafetière expresso, haut-parleur de salon) grandes baies vitrées sur terrasse avec une large table pour repas extérieur et bain de soleil .

Les + de la maison : accès piscine « goutte d'eau » partagé avec un autre gite (petit comité, ambiance bucolique, calme et familiale, protégé) sur le site : source naturelle, vue sur château des Milandes, plages & terrasses ensoleillées & exposition dégagée plein sud pour bain de soleil. Accès également à un jardin clos avec jeux pour enfants.

Maison Située à Saint Vincent de Cosse à 12 km de Sarlat la Caneda , petit village au centre de la vallée des châteaux. A moins de 6 km de la maison ; 5 châteaux d'exceptions : Beynac, Castelnaud, Marqueyssac, Les Milandes, La Roque Gageac.

Les + de la localisation : Accès ultra-rapide aux plus beaux sites historiques, activités sportives sur place (Baignade, canoë, VTT, randonnée et bien d'autres..), lieu de départ des vols en montgolfière pour admirez les châteaux. Restaurants gastronomiques et commerces traditionnels ultra proche.

La situation : petit village de la communauté de communes Sarlat-Périgord noir, calme et verdoyant situé à 800 m de la rivière Dordogne face au château des Milandes et attenant au village de de Beynac avec son célèbre château. Lovely Périgord house, authentic architecture, relaxing, bright, comfortable (all equipped kitchen, plasma screen 107 cm, leather chairs, barbecue, coffee espresso, speaker salon) large windows onto a terrace with a large table for outdoor dining and sunbathing. House with 2 bedrooms, 1 dining room, 1 large fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 WC.

Most of the house: pool access "goutte d'eau " shared with another cottage (small committee, bucolic atmosphere, quiet and family, protected) natural spring , view Milandes castle, beach & sun terraces & unobstructed south exposure for sunbathing. Also access to an enclosed garden with children's games.

House located in « Saint Vincent de Cosse » 12 km from Sarlat-la-Caneda, a small village in the center of the castles' valley. With less than 6 km from the house; 5 beautiful castels : Beynac, Castelnaud, Marqueyssac, Milandes, La Roque Gageac.

Most of the location: ultra-fast access to the most beautiful historic sites, sports activities on site (swimming, canoeing, biking, hiking and many others ..), the starting point for hot air balloon rides admire the castles. Gourmet restaurants and traditional shops ultra close.
