Situato nella splendida campagna toscana il Borghetto è un antico molino le cui parti più antiche risalgono al medioevo. Si trova lungo le pendici del Pratomagno a breve distanza da Loro Ciuffenna, paese medioevale pieno di charme. I tre edifici che lo compongono sono stati restaurati in modo da conservarne le caratteristiche originarie: in essi si trovano 5 appartamenti di dimensioni diverse. La fattoria è disposta lungo il torrente Ciuffenna e produce olio, vino, frutta e verdura.

Una piscina ed una sauna sono a disposizione esclusiva degli ospiti .

THE HAMLET LE GUALCHIERE is an amazing property in beautiful and unspoiled countryside.

The location is superb equidistant from Florence, Siena and Arezzo and the place itself is utterly beautiful, with vineyards, olives, a river at the end of the property, and completely calm in its setting, as it is at the end of a small side road with no traffic.

Loro Ciuffenna is the closest village. This is a lovely medieval village with an amazing view on the river Ciuffenna. THE MILL is considered of historical relevance by the local authorities, since its oldest part dates back to the 14th century.

The 5 apartments are attractive, country Tuscan and extremely comfortable. The environment is easy, relaxing and beautiful beyond description. There are self-catering facilities in each apartment and private bathrooms.

A sauna , free for the guests , is also available.

    Molino Le Gualchiere is a wonderful place to stay in the countryside of Toscana. The staff are very hospitable and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the structures all beautiful.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
