From the owner

Our Loft is located at our rustic chalet, located in Via R.m, N° 384 (direction Lago di Livigno) in Livigno, à 700 mt. from the pedestrian area and at 350 m from the gondola Cassana.

The apartment is lovely and high standards, measure 92 sqm. and consists of 4 bedrooms, of which: a double room with third bed and a safe, a double room with balcony and safe and 2 double rooms with twin beds, for a total of 9 beds, large kitchen-living room with TV, sofa and armchairs, the kitchen is equipped with oven and microwave oven, ceramic hoboven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and all necessary utensils, 2 bathrooms, one with tub and one with shower.

The apartment is located on the 1 St floor and top floor of a typical chalet, built in -2005 2004.

* The use of the Jacuzzi is subject to purchase tokens at a cost of 2.00 Euro for a period of 30 min.

The House has private parking and ski storage with ski boot heater, lockers during the summer our garden lawn with barbecue is available to our guests.

Garage parking is available at a charge of € 50.00 per week.

The bus stop is just a few metres from the House.

Sorry but no pets, please do not smoke in the home and are not allowed party, especially at night.

The price includes bed linen and towels, consumption (water, electricity, heating), free WiFi and the final cleaning.

Can be booked the baby cot and highchair at a charge of € 30.00 per week.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send MARA (the owner) a message.

    If MARA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
