Fabulous Georgian 3-floor/6 bedrm house in the centre of the delightful seaside town of Sheringham and only a 3-minute walk away from the beach, town centre, the nearest pub and ice cream shop. Really spacious, has just been updated throughout and is very child friendly (see details) making it a great place to stay for a relaxing family holiday. Rated **** by Visit England. Ground Floor:Large sitting room with wooden floor and large bay window, comfortable seating, flat screen internet TV and electric log burner. Great second sitting room/playroom with comfortable seating, flat screen TV, DVD player. Also many toys, books and games. Large kitchen/breakfast room with large table (seats 12) and well-equipped with electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, extra fridge (for beer?!), microwave, dishwasher, walk in pantry, iPod dock.Cloakroom with washbasin and wc.

First Floor:Bedroom 1 - very large with a king-size bed Bedroom 2 - large with a lovely bay window and super king bed Bedroom 3 - smaller but with full-size bunk beds. Bathroom with bath, over-bath shower, washbasin. Separate toilet. Second Floor:Bedroom 4 - good size and with twin beds Bedroom 5 - large with a king size bed Bedroom 6 - smaller but with full-size bunk beds. Stairs Down To:Laundry Area with washing machine and storage, external door with stairs down to garden. Shower Room with large shower cubicle, washbasin and wc (recently refurbished)(these 2 rooms are accessed from second floor landing) Garden: Fully enclosed courtyard garden with large deck and rattan seating for 12 people. Also buckets and spades for your use. Street parking. Heating: G.F.C.H, and electric radiators on second floor. Also Provided: 2 stairgates, 2 travel cots, 2 booster seats, 2 bed guards, children's toys and DVDs, books and games for all. Unlimited Wifi. Dogs may be allowed - please message first.

    Why can't I call Lizzie (the owner) before booking?

    If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Lizzie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
