From the owner

Villa Rose is perfectly located in Kalkan and a car not necessary as everything is within walking distance. It is a short 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and the local weekly bazaar, and just a further 5 minute stroll through the pretty cobbled shopping streets to the picturesque harbour with its many fabulous restaurants.

The villa is tastefully decorated with all you will need for a perfect holiday. It is well equipped with all the comforts of home including broadband, wifi, Smart 40” TV with hundreds of channels, DVD player, wifi music system/CD player, board games and reading books. All rooms have air conditioning.

The ground floor is spacious with a large sitting room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet cloakroom. Two sets of sliding patio doors open out on to the large terrace area and swimming pool, with views over Kalkan bay.

The first floor consists of two large spacious bedrooms with own balconies overlooking the pool - one bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room, and the second bedroom with twin beds and en-suite shower room.

The 2nd floor bedroom also has a king size bed with its own en-suite with jacuzzi bath, and opens out on to the roof terrace with stunning views over the bay. A baby cot can be arranged if required, along with highchair.

Outside you can enjoy the private gardens with its many flowers, fruit trees and beautiful landscaping.

The private swimming pool enjoys the sun all day long and has sweeping walk-in steps. For anyone who likes to visit out of season or early or late season (when the weather is still warm, but the pool on the cooler side) the pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost.

There are 8 sunbeds for sunbathing. The terrace has a semi shaded pergola to enjoy alfresco dining with a dining table for 8 people, and a luxury outdoor sofa seating area which is a perfect retreat from the full sun, along with the hammock under the shady trees.

For those who like to cook and eat alfresco, there is an outdoor gas BBQ.

A guest handbook is also provided with lots of useful information and ideas for eating out and excursions.

Bed linen is provided, and all bathroom towels, and sunbed towels. Cleaning, linen changing and towel changing is weekly.

The pool area, garden and terrace are cleaned daily and are maintained to the highest standard.

We are more than happy to personally answers any questions before or during your stay, and our our onsite management team are available throughout your stay to assist when anything and everything. For example; We can arrange airport transfer by taxi to the villa. Or we can arrange car hire if preferred. Or make your own plans. We can arrange a welcome pack on arrival..at cost. Small, medium or large. The pool and gardens will be attended daily - twice a day - early morning and end of the day. If you have any special requests, for special occasions, we are more than happy to assist.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Julie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
