Beautiful cosy apartment on the beach of Las Canteras, well furnished, spacious, bright. Equipped with every detail, located in the best area of Las Palmas, 1 minute walk to the beach of Las Canteras (25 m away) and 2 minutes from the shopping area of Mesa y López. Quiet area and with all services (supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, parks, banks, bus, shopping malls, restaurants, Casino, discos, etc.). The pier is located very close to the Santa catalina Park and the shopping centre. You will feel at home and will spend an unforgettable holiday.

The environment activities: Beach, sailing, windsurfing, fishing, water sports.

Culture: Theatre, cinema, Museum.

In perfect condition. Excellent quality materials. Fully equipped: washing machine, dryer, fridge, vitro, oven, microwave, utensils, coffee maker, water heater electric, electric iron, complete linen (sheets, towels, blankets)... 4-storey building. It is located in the second row of the Paseo de Las Canteras. Free internet access (wifi), satellite TV.

In the case of children we have cot, utensils for eating, towels and sheets for infants.

Ideal for families, couples and older people seeking quality accommodation, very clean, quiet and just steps from the beach of Las Canteras.

Why can't I call Yube (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Yube (the owner) a message.

If Yube (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
