This holiday home is, in our opinion, the best family holiday cottage in Nairn. Situated right on the beach, with plenty of space to run around outside. Everything you could possibly want is just a few minutes walk away.

The house has all you need to be your home away from home, and almost everything is new…

Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffee m/c, 2 TVs, Playstation, iPhone dock etc.

New, clean and comfortable beds, cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer.

There are bikes and toys for your use. Outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine Nairn weather is provided with extra tables & chairs in the shed.

Some pets are allowed with prior permission. All pets to be paid for at £30 per pet and strict pet rules must be adhered to.

Apologies some the photos are older than others. Every time I go to update them I'm distracted by the view and the beach and forget to renew them.

Downstairs:

Living room with lovely views, Dining room, Modern kitchen, downstairs loo and doors to front garden and back garden.

Upstairs:

Bedroom 1 has a King Size bed, built in wardrobe and dressing table with mirror. There are wonderful views across the Moray Firth from this front upstairs room.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds, built in wardrobe with a music centre.

Bedroom 3 has bunk beds, a TV and Playstation, built in wardrobe and also has fantastic views.

The bathroom has just been renovated. It’s heated, has a walk-in shower.

The house is heated with individual room heaters which can be timed for optimal use.

The front garden is fenced and secure, completely paved and has a bench from which to sip your wine and watch the world go by or the kids playing on the Parkie.

The rear garden is also gated, has parking for 1 car (there is also plenty of off road parking), there is a rotary clothes dryer and a garden shed containing bikes and childrens toys.

The beach is right outside the front door.

There is a cafe and top class restaurant 2 mins walk away, the Harbour, Basil’s Cafe all within 2 mins walk.

The Links, Cricket Pitch, Playground , Splash pad Pool are about 5 mins walk.

The public swimming pool, adventure playground, putting green are about 10 mins walk.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our cottage. Are you sure this review is for us? We are not in a local authority estate, we're right on the seaside. Our bathroom is modern and renovated, the cottage is maintained by a professional housekeeper and local property manager. I'm wondering if you are the guest who brought the dogs without permission and left them inside alone and barking? I wonder if this was the case the emails and visits were to check the welfare of the dogs.

Why can't I call Lyda (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lyda (the owner) a message.

If Lyda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
