Au coeur de la Cité Corsaire, ce studio situé au 1er étage d'une demeure de 1606, entièrement rénové et lumineux, accueille 3 personnes à deux pas de la mer. Tout est accessible à pied, les remparts, les plages de sable fin, les cafés et restaurants, les commerces (dont la célèbre Maison du Beurre et le Breizh Café ), le marché.

Au calme, en zone piétonne et dans une cour fermée, cet immeuble est chargé d'histoire ( escalier Henri IV, cheminée et boiseries Louis XIV ). Il se trouve néanmoins au centre des évènements qui animent St Malo Intra Muros tout au long de l'année.

Festivals ( Etonnants Voyageurs, Quai des Bulles, Musique Sacrée, La Route du Rock, Film Britannique /Dinard, Jeunes Créateurs de Mode/Dinard, Terre-Neuvas/Bobital, Fête des Remparts/Dinan.... )

Deux plages surveillées bordent les remparts d'où la vue sur le large est inoubliable, notamment par grande marée ( les plus grandes d'Europe ). On y pratique la voile, le kayak et l'aviron de mer, le kite-surf. Mais on

peut préférer le farniente, la pêche à pied, la randonnée ou bien les spectacles de rue, la thalasso, les musées.... ou encore les excursions en bateau pour Dinard, Dinan, Fréhel, Cézembre, Chausey.

La gare TGV et le terminal Ferry se situent à moins d'1 km.

Le studio est équipé d'un canapé convertible pour deux personnes et d'une chauffeuse convertible pour une personne.

Pour votre bébé, nous mettons à votre disposition tout l'équipement nécessaire.

La taxe de séjour ( 3,3% de la nuitée HT par adulte ) facturée à la réservation, est reversée par nos soins à la Mairie de Saint Malo.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Violaine (the owner) a message.

If Violaine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
