Eastfield House Lodge is a charming two bedroomed cottage (sleeps 4) set in beautiful private gardens, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for your stay. Converted to a very high standard, the building offers a cosy and comfortable environment, ideal for holiday, fishing breaks or business.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen (including a Nespresso coffee machine) opening onto a spacious dining area with delightful views over the extensive gardens. A door leads to a separate sitting room, shower room and utility area (with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment). Free WiFi is available for your convenience, but please note that it is through a mobile device, therefore limited to checking emails and browsing the internet (it cannot be used for games or streaming).

Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms: one with an en-suite shower room, while the other has a vanity unit and the use of the downstairs shower room - we provide bathrobes and slippers for your comfort. Each room has two single beds which can be made into a super king size bed, according to your preferences. Bed linen and towels are provided.

We also like to offer ‘a little extra’ and provide many basics including coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar, dishwasher tablets, kitchen and toilet rolls, hand soap and toiletries – ready for your arrival.

Guests are very welcome to enjoy our ample outdoor space, including the family tennis court and our equipment can be borrowed on request - please note that the court is not maintained to club/hotel standards, but is adequate for having fun. One of the main features of the garden is a very large pond - although very shallow (less than a metre deep), it is essential that guests with young children supervise their little ones at all times.

Children are also very welcome to use the family swings and slide - again, always under parents' supervision.

Fancy some pampering? Why not treat yourself to a relaxing treatment in our beauty salon (mosaique beauty) in the main house and benefit from a 10% discount on treatments.

The property is located in the ancient village of Longparish, spread along the River Test in Hampshire, near Andover. The Lodge is very easily accessed via the B3048, from the A303/M3 and A34 dual carriageways, offering good communication to many local attractions such as:

For children, we provide high chair, stair gates, cot bed with bedding, socket covers, night light, plastic crockery and cutlery. They can use our family swings/slide but always under adult supervision.
Due to the configuration of the building and to protect people with allergies, we cannot allow pets, sadly.
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage, but a sand pot is provided outside for your convenience - cigarette stubs must not be thrown onto the ground or in the bushes around.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Benedicte (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Benedicte (the owner) a message.

If Benedicte (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
