Luxurious in every way, Courtyard Cottage provides everything required for a relaxing holiday at any time of year. Providing every facility our guests require it offers a large fully fitted contemporary oak kitchen dining room with two fan ovens,two hobs, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher etc There is a large farmhouse dining table comfortably seating 8 and a widescreen LED TV . The lounge features a stone fireplace with wood burner, 42” widescreen LCD television with blu ray player and surround sound system.

There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom having a king size four poster bed with TV and en-suite bathroom with overbath power shower. The second twin bedroom having an en-suite shower room with power shower.

The cottage has been furnished and fitted to a very high standard and offers spacious luxury accommodation for the discerning guest, at any time of year, as naturally it has full central heating and is fully double glazed.We hope that you will soon have the opportunity to experience the delights of Courtyard Cottage which has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 guests in perfect comfort.

There is an all new large stunning show piece kitchen dining room which has every appliance and utensil you could desire - including two of the very latest Bosch multi-function fan ovensto cook a meal for up to 8 - you may wish to book our other two bedroom cottage and all join together in Courtyard in this wonderful space for meals etc - the big dining table comfortably seats eight, perfect for that special occasion too!

The impressive lounge with it’s vaulted ceiling, stone fireplace with wood burning stove and the latest 42” LED tv with blu-ray player and surround sound is perfect for relaxing nights in or just for relaxing whilst awaiting dinner.

The ensuite master bedroom has a lovely king size four-poster bed, great for romantic breaks and honeymoons, and the second ensuite bedroom has two full size single beds - all have top quality mattresses to ensure you sleep well whilst on holiday.

Courtyard has a fully enclosed brick paved garden part with an all new glass roof where whatever the weather you can sit back, relax and unwind - a BBQ is provided to ensure the outdoor chef can cook to their hearts desire!

There is a children’s adventure play area with many large trampolines, swings and climbing frame. A range of quality new mountain bikes, adults, teenagers and childs, are now available - cycle from Courtyard and join the famous nearby Tarka Trail - the 180 mile dedicated scenic cycling and walking route just half a mile away where you can also visit the excellent ever popular Fremington Quay Cafe - renowned by our regulars for their tasty breakfasts and famous Devonshire cream teas.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send John & Sue (the owner) a message.

If John & Sue (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
