THE HIDDEN BEACH HOUSE is Perfect position for Golf Courses, Hot Springs Bay and Surf Beaches.

An hour from the busy city of Melbourne, hidden in the Wild-coast Reserve half way between the front beach and the back surf beach at Rye, you will find the luxurious "Beach House".

On an acre block, fully fenced, surrounded with natural bush, the "Beach House" is approx 45 squares. Fully centrally heated throughout, with reverse cycle air conditioning. Control panel is at the top of the staircase.

FEATURING 5-7 BEDROOMS

Lounge and dining can be converted to a 6th and 7th bedroom upon request.

BEDROOM 1 & 2 UPSTAIRS.

Each bedroom has a queen bed and a single beds (extra long single beds), making the rooms suitable for either a couple or two single people. Each bedroom also has a walk in robe with porta-cots inside each wardrobe, safe Flat Screen TV with DVD players and balcony.

BEDROOM 3 DOWNSTAIRS

2 X double beds, one single with trundle.

Safe, Flat Screen TV, bathroom with two entrances.

BEDROOM 4 DOWNSTAIRS

2 X extra long single beds OR one king if required upon request.

Safe and TV with DVD.

BEDROOM 5 DOWNSTAIRS

1 X king is 2 extra long singles. (Can be 2 X singles upon request).

BEDROOM 6 DOWNSTAIRS

Front lounge or bedroom. Has a Queen Bed (very comfortable wall bed). This room can be completely closed off to make a very comfortable bedroom with electric log fire and large TV and DVD player.

BEDROOM 7 DOWNSTAIRS

Separate dining room, next to the front lounge can also be a 7th Bedroom with another Queen wall bed.

These wall beds have full Queen mattresses.

3 BATHROOMS

Bathroom upstairs has a shower & toilet.

Two bathrooms downstairs. The larger bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet, accessible by two entrances - designed to allow two bathrooms with easy access from the outdoor hot tub.

Second bathroom downstairs has a shower and toilet.

4 LIVING AREAS AND A SEPARATE DINING ROOM

This home has a large fully equipped kitchen, with European cooking appliances and large central island bench. The kitchen has everything, including NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Capsule Coffee Machine, Sandwich maker, Food processor and much more.

The kitchen is adjoined to the meals area with a large granite table and seating for 10-12, accessible to all the outdoor entertaining areas.

Next to the meals area is a large family room that has a lounge suite and large wall mounted Smart TV, with another entrance to 2 outdoor seating areas, including pergola, Outdoor kitchen with BBQ, wood pizza oven (BYO wood) extending to a play ground and golf green.

At the front of the house is another the separate lounge that can also convert to a 6th bedroom. This room has an electric log fire to curl up on those cold winter nights, whilst enjoying another Large screen TV and DVD player. The lounge is joined by double doors to a separate dining room (also can be converted to 7th bedroom), with a large blue pearl granite dining table - with seating from 6-8. The room has another access via double doors opening onto the outdoor area including playground and golf green.

Upstairs is a beautifully fully equipped HOME THEATRE

With an Overhead Projector, 14 recliners, access to Foxtel, Digital TV or you can bring your own movies to watch as comfortably as Gold Class.

The screen is projected onto the wall.

And yes, Internet WIFI is also available.

The room has a bar at one end, and also opens onto a fully decked balcony with views of the Wild-coast Reserve with glimpses of the ocean in the distance.

With your own private Movie Theatre, the challenge is staying awake.

INTO THE GREAT OUTDOORS

Outdoors is a large Pergola with outdoor kitchen BBQ area, wood pizza oven (BYO wood) and includes 2 outdoor seating areas. Next to the golf green and play ground to dine or just relax, perfect for outdoor dining.

The golf chipping, putting green has sand bunkers, that has also doubled as a sand pit for toddlers. All at your back door.

At the back of the house is a large outdoor paved area with Hot Tub to enjoy after a day out playing golf or sightseeing at some of the best wineries in the world, or just to warm up after a day in the ocean.

Enjoy a relaxing stay, lounging outside in the outdoor heated Spa, summer or winter, practice your putt and pitch on the fantastic golfing green, while you fire up the Barbie and the kids will be kept busy in the playground. The play area can also be easily seen whilst sitting inside in the comfort of lounge chairs.

We welcome pets with notification.

There is an information book on the kitchen bench that has suggestions of things to do in the area, instructions on how to use appliances and a checklist of things in the home. We suggest you take advantage of things to do in the area.

A limited amount of basic extras including dishwashing tables, hand soap pumps, toilet paper, pepper, salt, sauce, sugar etc are included. All donnas with covers, underlays, pillows with protectors are provided. Linen service available at a set fee.

There is over a dozen Golf Courses, Wineries with tours, restaurants, mazes for the kids, including the new tree surfing maze, fishing, surfing, walking, hot springs, art galleries, corporate team building are just a few things that our beautiful part of the world has to offer.

There is something for everyone.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS AND MUST DO'S

Close to Sorrento, Portsea, Rye foreshore, Gunnamatta, St. Andrew's Beach, Cape Shank light house, Red Hill, Arthurs Seat, and the Rye Surf Beach a perfect getaway for lovers of golf, wine, fishing, water sports, horse riding, the beach and exploring, to name but a few.

Only a 10 min drive from Sorrento, where you can catch the ferry to explore Queenscliff for a day trip. With or without a car the Ferry is a pleasant journey that arrives at the Historic town. You may be lucky enough to have the dolphins lead the way as we have many times. Then before your return, luncheon at the Queenscliff Hotel.

Other close by attractions includes the famous Endota Peninsular Natural Hot Springs. The day spa is 4.4 kms 6min by car from the property and is popular for both couples, families or just a weekend away.

If you love golf, a few minutes drive you will find Eagle Ridge, The National Golf course in Cape Schank, or you may want to play at the famous Moonah Links, where the Australia Open Champions played, just to name a few. By car St Andrews Golf Course, 6.7km 9mins,The Dunes, 2.2km 4mins, Moonah LinksGolf Club, 6.4km 8mins Sorrento Golf Club, 12.3km 16mins, The National (Cape Shank) 14.9km 16mins. The area is well known for having over a dozen quality Golf Courses.

For the wine lovers, a short drive brings you to some of the best wineries in Australia - and the World, there are many winery tours available, including a horseback wine tour. Red Hill brewery creates classic European beer styles, or many have restaurants on the properties.

Strawberry Farm is the best way to sample local fresh produce, or maybe you prefer to spend the day at Arthurs Seat, with the maze with a tree top walk the kids and a great cafe, you will never want to leave. There is another stunning maze towards Hastings, or spend the end of the day horse riding on the beach with the Gunnamatta horse riding facilities, where you can watch the sunset.

Saturday and Sunday markets in the area, Red Hill one of the best I have been to anywhere in the world, open over summer, or try your hand at extreme sports including paragliding, diving, windsurfing, surfing or a charted fishing tour.
