Swallows Rest is a 3 bedroomed villa with private pool located in a quiet, peaceful area just a 5 minute walk to the local beach club and sea.

The villa has stunning uninterrupted views over the bay from all floors of the villa and the garden..

A shop and local restaurants are within a short walking distance and the main centre of Kalkan is easily reached by water taxi from the beach club, private taxi or by dolmus.

A welcome pack consisting of a few basic provisions is provided for your convenience on arrival.

If you are staying for longer than 1 week and require the villa to be cleaned during your stay and a change of linen/towels please inform us when confirming your booking.

Check in/ check out times may be negotiable but we usually request that on your arrival date you get to the villa no earlier than mid afternoon and on your departure date that you vacate the villa in the morning.

Swallows rest is a spacious, fully equipped and air conditioned open plan villa with traditional dark wooden floors on the ground and first floor.

The ground floor comprises a lounge and kitchen.The main dining area (on the balcony leading from the lounge) provides you with the most stunning backdrop to wine and dine against. A shower/cloak room is also conveniently situated on the ground floor.

Two large bedrooms (both en suite) are situated on the first floor. Full length windows in both of the rooms give breathtaking panoramic views over the bay. A large balcony can be accessed from both of the bedrooms. The third sizeable bedroom(en suite) that can accommodate up to 4 people is positioned on the top floor. Two further balconies can be accessed from this room There is ample storage in each of the bedrooms.

A travel cot is available for use within the villa(please request this) but guests are requested to bring their own cot bed linen.

A first aid box is available for emergencies.

On the poolside level of the villa there is a shaded open air room with stone columns offering a retreat when the sun becomes too hot in the height of summer. This sheltered area also provides the perfect space for a second dining area/BBQ area.

Sun loungers and umbrellas can be used around the pool or within the secluded garden. The pool will be cleaned daily during your summer stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Karen (the owner) a message.

If Karen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
