Persawr y Mor is a modern two bedroom house furnished and decorated in attractive beach house style situated in a quiet cul de sac in the popular seaside resort of Tywyn. It offers spectacular panoramic views west over Cardigan Bay from the sunny first floor living room balcony and garden patio and direct access to the sandy beach, ideal for sunbathing, swimming, watersports and fishing.

In the warmer months, seals and dolphins may be seen swimming near the shore - remember to bring your binoculars! The well equipped kitchen has mountain views while meals at the cosy dining table can be taken while watching the everchanging seas and skies through the living room picture windows.

Outside furniture is provided on both balcony and patio for al fresco eating or just enjoying the wonderful seascapes while the magnificent sunsets are something to behold. You will never be bored as the sea provides endless entertainment with its constantly changing aspect.

The tastefully furnished double bedroom looks out to sea and from your bed you can watch the waves while drinking your morning tea or coffee, making plans for the day ahead. A second bedroom with full size bunkbeds make this house ideal for families as well as couples. There is off road parking and free wifi.

Awel y Mor next door is also available providing almost identical accommodation with the same spectacularr views except it has a bath with shower over instead of a walk in shower.

The Victorian town of Tywyn offers a comprehensive range of facilities within walking distance while the Tallyllyn steam railway begins its scenic journey into the Snowdonia National Park from here. This is a walker's paradise with walks ranging from gentle rambles to challenging mountain peaks on your doorstep, and for the golfing enthusiast there is a championship golf course in Aberdovey only 4 miles away. The surrounding area provides endless opportunities not only for walking but also cycling, horse riding, bird watching or exploring by car with castles, gardens, museums and family parks all within driving distance.

Persawr y Mor is definitely a fabulous beach house in a wonderful location.

    Fabulous. Comfy accomodation, sofa, beds just right. Location wonderful, clean. I would definitely book again. Fabulous sunsets every night. Dolphins swimming by.

    If Anna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
