Unique tranquil loch front setting in the Arrochar Alps located only 45 minutes from Glasgow City Centre, or 55 minutes from the Ski Centre in Glencoe. A very spacious semi setached bungalow consisting of 2 bedrooms, bedroom 1 superking, bedroom two 2, king bed, separate single bed, large lounge with panoramic views only 10 ft from the waters edge at high tide.

Large dining conservatory and kitchen with walk in pantry. All bedrooms in the house have flatscreen tv's, the kitchen has a 32 inch and the living room has a 52 inch plasma. Large outdoor hot tub. You simply will not find a better waterside location !

Large communal garden games room with pool table, airhockey, darts and playstation etc. children must have adult supervision.

Outdoor bar seating area with gas fire pit is communal and may be booked for exclusive use for special occassions ! please book in advance for special occassions with owners direct, area has fire pits and gas patio heaters for winter use.

We also have kayaks, paddleboards and small boats available for fishing or messing around on the water !

Please advise your hosts in advance should you be bringing an electrical vehicles to site, especially if you require or intend to charge it from the properties power supply.

Any consumption of electricity for vehicle charging has not been factored into your rental rate and as such will be recharged to you at a specified rate at the end of your stay using the most recent kw hour rates applicable or alternatively reclaimed from your rental deposit.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Douglas (the owner) a message.

If Douglas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
