This beautiful house is set at the end of a small hamlet of 6 houses with only passing vehicles of tractors & the farmer.

The cottage is totally private in a peaceful and relaxing setting with absolutely stunning views.

The house has been tastefully renovated, whilst retaining its rustic country feeling with its old exposed beams and stone walls.

The house benefits from a covered patio, a patio in full sun and plenty of shade under the large fig tree. Within the garden there is a private 8x 4m heated swimming pool. The garden and pool are completely private and for own use. (not shared)

The living accommodation comprises a a well equipped kitchen, large living/dinning room with fireplace and stove. There is one double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower and toilet. Stairs lead from the living room upstairs to one large double bedroom, and two large bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. There is also a travel cot upon request. A good size family bathroom with bath. Please note: there is no TV or Video. There is WiFi. Internet wifi is also available in the village.

A door in the kitchen leads to a large covered patio providing shade from the midday sun with table and seating for 10. A ping pong table is outside. There is also a large paved patio accessed by french doors from the living area. There is a garden table on this patio. Within the secluded garden is an 8 x 4m heated pool fitted with a pool alarm. The views are spectacular. From the garden you can enjoy lovely walks around the farmland and down to the local fishing lakes.

The Garden is very private and not shared.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Caroline (the owner) a message.

If Caroline (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
