Beautiful Luxury Detached 4 Bedroom Private Villa With Pool, BBQ, WiFi and much more in Coral Bay - recently upgraded furnishings. The fantastic location of this well furnished villa enjoys sea views and is only minutes away from all local amenities including a wide selection of restaurants, tavernas, cafes, bars, supermarkets, and the sandy Coral Bay beach.

The Villa itself is spacious and open-plan with many windows permitting an abundance of natural sunlight and beautiful sea views. Nearby, gentle sea waves can be heard early morning and throughout the evening. Watch passing boats/yachts from the balcony, lounge or veranda or simply walk 100 yards to take a dip in the sea, walk along the coast, or soak up the sun and take in the views whilst bathing by the seafront.

The pool area has ample space for sunbathing on the sunloungers and receives unobstructed sunlight throughout the day. With the soothing sea breeze, parasols, and beautifully cooling pool providing relief from the baking sun, this really is a sun-loungers paradise. Watch the fantastic sunsets from the privacy of your own patio area and when the temperature cools, you can enjoy your evening meal outside at the outdoor dining table and chairs provided.

Once dark, you can see the beautifully illuminated hills of Peyia or if you prefer to venture out, simply take a leisurely stroll from the quiet villa surroundings and within 5 minutes you're in the middle of the hustle and bustle of night life, with live music, live shows, and a good selection of international cuisine - everything you need for a night of fun and laughter!

Why can't I call Rav (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rav (the owner) a message.

If Rav (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
