Close by are idyllic towns and hamlets like Angoulleme, Aubeterre, Brantome,Riberac, Saint Sevarin,Verteillac, and Villebois-Lavalette with shops, restaurants, river beaches and many more exciting places to visit.

This wonderful house is over three levels.
The main living area consists of a large living room with period features, wooden floors, beamed ceiling and this is highlighted with a magnificent large marble fire place and log burner adding warmth for those beautiful magical winter nights central heating throughout.
The large living room opens up onto three sides of the house with gardens and a large balcony looking onto the swimming pool and over the valley.
The kitchen is well stocked and opens onto the same balcony as the living room which makes it a perfect place for dining and entertaining day or night for that fantastic alfresco living. Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer gas hob and electric fan oven all to make life a little bit easier.
This floor also has 2 large king size bedrooms, one with a balcony over looking the pool and valley, and the other room has patio doors leading onto the terrace, front garden and children s play area. There is a large family bathroom with shower, bidet bath and double sink, separate toilet on this level.
The top floor has 3 bedrooms.
A large master bedroom with sofa, TV and spectacular views of the surrounding garden. Two large double bedrooms. Cots can be added to any room if required. Two large shower rooms are on this floor. All bedrooms have top quality bed linen and towels,
The lower terrace opens onto the Swimming pool area with sun loungers, parasols and large dining areas.

The house is situated in 5 acres of private secure gardens ideal for family's with children. Theirs plenty to do for all ages, relaxing by the 33ft oval swimming pool. Overlooking the spectacular view of the valley with it's ever changing colours.
The large grassed area has badminton, basket. ball, football nets.
The children's play area has swings, trampolines and a selection of other toys for young and older children. We offer a range of cycles, golf clubs, croquet set, darts, table tennis, full size pool table and a French boules court.
The TV room is great for playing games it has a large TV, video, d.v.d player and music center, a large selection of videos and books all for your enjoyment.
We have provided lots of information on places of interest, castles, chateau, caves, restaurants, river beaches, canoeing, tennis, golf, horse riding, zip wire, paint ball, markets, shops and so much more.
Each bedroom have top quality linen, clock radios with i-pods docking stations, idapt charger units to charge most mobile and other electronic devices
The children can safely entertain them selves with all the facilities in the house and grounds, while you relax with a nice glass of French wine.
