in Villa Argiano in Montepulciano, we have several possibilities : B&B in Argiano's villa rooms ( three ) or self catering apartments ( two + one extra studio

In this beautiful Villa, were we live , at the second floor of the house we rent three bedrooms in b&b service . Breakfast is served in the garden during nice season .

The house has been restaured almost 30 years ago.

The Villa and the farmhouse Fattoria di Argiano a Montepulciano are located in an agricultural estate which is situated in one of the loveliest and most unspoiled areas in central Tuscany.

At the moment in the VILLA ARGIANO in Montepulciano we do only bed and breakfast service. No other meal are served but we can organize tuscany dinners.

in this beautiful ancient house were we live , we rent at the second floor living room , dining room , kitchen ( private owner use), guest bathroom first floor two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms ( private owners use)second floor two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms ,two bedrooms with shared bathroom. ( FOR GUEST) ( no air conditioning at the moment,we offer air ventilators, windows with moskito nets).Our estate have several structures with independent swimming pools and gardens, we rent also apartments in farmhouse. Some structure have air conditioning , others no. ASK usBed and Breakfast service : we will treat you like in family. The rooms have a beautiful view of the Italian garden and of the countryside. The house has maintained its beauty and all the rooms have decorated ceilings and walls.A suggestive panorama from the formal Italian gardens to the drive lined with cypress trees which opens out into a natural terrace overlooking the estate which the villa is part of grest agricultar estate .there is a beautiful swimming pool for all our guest with view on Montepulciano and Chianciano Terme.The villa was built at the request of a noble family from Montepulciano in 1812, the Napoleon period, which is reflected in the architectural and decorative characteristics which are can also be recognised in the gardens and adjacent parkland. The villa, church and old garden are the ideal surrounds for weddings and other celebrations. Our management guidelines also provide for catering services with all the requirements of important occasions.The area offers many typical Trattorias and restaurants, wine cellars for wine tasting. Possibility of maid service and typical Tuscan dinners for groups of minimum 12-20 people.You can taste a glass of red of Montepulciano or Chianti of Montepulciano sitting under the stars, while you eat some chease and bruschetta with our oil.
