Villa Ste Therese is just 700 metres stroll from stunning Monpazier, an iconic Dordogne village, listed as "One of the Most Beautiful Villages of France". This Villa offers wonderful views & vistas from every terrace and bedroom window. Dive into the bustling weekly village markets, or simply laze by the large pool, or relax under a shady tree in the Villa's orchard. The Villa sits on four peaceful acres, so you feel completely immersed in the tranquil French countryside...with this beautiful active village right on your doorstep.

The five bedrooms are all spacious, with large double beds and ensuites. In the two upstairs bedrooms, the doubles convert to twin beds for extra flexibility.

PLEASE NOTE for bookings in Summer months: Changeover day is strictly SATURDAYS, so we cannot offer midweek arrival or departure days then, sorry! We can be more flexible in the other months. And for Pool Safety, children must be aged 5+ (or little babies in cots welcome).

Explore nearby Chateaux: Beynac, Monbazillac, Biron, Milandes, Castelnaud, Fenelon & Puymartin. Minutes to gorgeous listed villages like La Roque Gageac, Domme, Limeuil, Belves, Sarlat, Monflanquin. Amazing caves like Font de Gaume, Lascaux II, Grottes de Maxange or Proumeyssac, or glorious gardens like Marqueyssac & Eyrignac. Walk through the nearby forests of Biron, have a hit of golf, or just unwind on the terrace overlooking beautiful Monpazier as the sun sets. In cooler months, settle before a blazing fire in the ancient stone fireplace rescued from the ruins of a nearby crumbling chateau.

For cyclists, bike hire can be arranged via a local professional service, which delivers the bikes to your door.

The gatekeeper's cottage, Les Cerisiers, now a cosy couple's retreat, sits 70 metres away, beyond hedges & trees, & shares the rambling gardens. It can be rented separately. You can find info about that here on Tripadvisor too!

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Rosemary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
