This holiday house has been recently converted from a 250 year old farm into a four bedroom luxury house. It is situated in a peaceful area in Gozo's harbour village, called 'Ghajnsielem'

It includes:

During your holiday we will do our best so you can have the best holiday possible. We can help you organize car hire and airport transfers. Our housekeeper and pool cleaner will visit the house weekly to clean the house and change the bed sheets and towels. If you have extra guests we will provide a folding bed, and if you are visiting with young children we'll provide a baby cot and high chair.

Most of the other rental houses in Gozo are run by real estate companies which usually give less of a personal welcome because they have dozens of houses to take care of and are usually less flexible then us. On the other hand, this house is family-run and we also live nearby, so while you are with us, you are secure that we will be able to attend to any needs you may have in no time.

The stone BBQ by the poolside is very accessible from the kitchen, making it easier to go in and out of the kitchen during an outdoor BBQ lunch or dinner. In all, there are three dining areas in this house: The dining area in the kitchen, the separate dining area and the outdoor dining table and chairs by the pool. While on our holiday feel free to call us for any help to request house maintenance, renting a car, getting a taxi, or even a restaurant suggestion!

Hello Penny. We're very sorry it was noisy while you were here! It was the perfect storm for noise with the construction nearby, and the road to the ferry was extra busy that week because of some sports events that were happening in Gozo. If I knew it was that bad I would have insisted more to move to another house and we would have helped you move too. That's what we do when noisy construction crops up near any one of our houses. Apologies again! I hope this didn't ruin your visit to Gozo.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Michael (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michael (the owner) a message.

If Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
