This two bedroom luxury cottage with fabulous views over the countryside is both modern and beautifully presented. The owners aim to make your stay as relaxing as possible with quality furnishings throughout and are sure you will return time and time again. The views from both the lounge and bedroom are breathtaking and the property has a wonderful bright and airy feel throughout. There is a TV with Sky in the lounge area and in the upper bedroom there is a T.V which does not have Sky but can be used for DVD's.

We have recently built an Arctic cabin, ensuring our guests can BBQ all year round, this can be booked prior and is subject to availability.Whether you are visiting relatives or wish to relax in the heart of Scotland, this amazing house provides a quiet and relaxing base for visiting friends and family or take in the many visitor and tourist attractions in the area. Linlithgow is nearby and train links to Edinburgh and Glasgow run frequently from Bathgate and Linlithgow and with excellent road links to Stirling, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth, Gleneagles and further afield this is the perfect place to relax and unwind.The owners will be as flexible as possible with check in and check out times.

. Normal Check in is 4pm and check out time is 11am, should you request an earlier or later check in we can let you know nearer the booking, just send us an email the week before and we will do our best to accommodate.

We do have a minimum stay policy but can accommodate shorter stays, so it is possible to stay fro one night but we do have a supplement to add, the price for a one night stay starts from £175.00 depending on the season. Quotes for this on request.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sharon (the owner) a message.

If Sharon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
