This gorgeous barn has been lovingly converted to a high standard. Family owned we've made this superior barn feel like home from home. Perfect for young families or couples seeking a rural retreat and extra special break. Surrounded by rolling countryside with lovely open views peaceful setting and only a few minutes drive from the many sandy beaches.

Hunters Lodge is cool, light and airy with a great contemporary feel, slate and oak floors and high ceilings topped off by chunky exposed beams. The lounge is beautifully designed offering comfortable Italian leather sofas, gas wood burner, 50" plasma T.V and Wifi through out.

Soft lighting and contemporary feel throughout. Patio doors from the lounge leading out to your own private landscaped garden with bbq, patio furniture, including sun loungers, perfect for sitting and relaxing enjoying the spectacular sunset and views!

Enjoy preparing meals in the spacious kitchen, which is a cooks dream with its black sparkly granite worktops and quality fittings it is well equipped with range cooker, American fridge freezer,(with ice and water) built in dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, LCD T.V and has plenty of space for everyone to sit comfortably around the family table.

This property has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has king size bed and 26" lcd tv, views out to the garden.

The second bedroom has two zip and link beds which can be converted into 5ft bed. Fitted wardrobe and views out to the garden.

The spacious natural stone tiled bathroom is fitted with luxury chrome fittings, large wet room shower and whirlpool bath and heated towel rail.

Gas central heating.

Fluffy towels and soaps provided.

The garden is secure which makes it great for children and for our four legged friends. There is a patio table and chairs, sun loungers, bbq and access to the another garden for the children to play on swings, slide and trampoline.

There is also a gate leading to our fields on the farm if you want to explore.

Plenty of room for parking right outside the house.

At Kitsham holidays we understand that your dog is part of the family who simply cant be left behind when you go away.

We believe that luxury holiday accommodation can still be dog-friendly, in all our cottages we have something to suit all tastes.

The local area has beaches that are dog friendly all year round, most of the pubs and restaurants welcome your four legged friends, and there are some amazing coastal walks on the doorstep.

We can also provide dog bowl, towels and large dog crate.

This is a truly wonderful cottage, furnished to a very high standard and I cannot rate it highly enough.. The kitchen is stunning with everything you need and more if you want to cook. The bathroom with it's large spa bath was a welcome treat after a day out walking. Our two dogs loved the private enclosed garden which was so pretty, and the addition of seeing the birds at the feeders every day was delightful, plus there is a gate leading onto a large field for additional doggy exercise. There was a delicious homemade cake upon our arrival and fresh eggs which was a lovely touch. In the cottage are plenty of books, games and toys if you need them. The cottage is closest to Bude and Widemouth Bay but it's a perfect location for touring around whether that is up or down the coast as well as inland.

How do damage deposits work?

If Caroline (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
