The apartment is at the ground floor of an elegant building in a very exclusive area of the ancient Rome. Located at the bottom of the Campidoglio hill, with a very short walk you will get to one of the most beautiful Foro Romano sight view.
It is an excellent accommodation for visiting Rome, of many place can be reached by feet, and nearby there are also the underground (the closest station is at Circo Massimo) and many bus line in Via Petroselli (C3, H, 63,81, 95, 170, 628,715,716,780).
Nearby there are small market place for cooking at the apartment, or you can relax in the few quite restaurants 50 meters far from the apartment.
We recommend to visit in the weekend the very nice and characteristic market, at the bottom of via dei Fienili, where you can taste local product or you can take at home for cooking.

The apartment of 40 msq is composed of two rooms separated by a glass door. Decorations are of begin XXth century style, with wood and Vietri ceramics on the floor and on the wall.
The entrance is in the living room. Here you will find the kitchenette, the dining table for 4, and the sofa. The sofa is a single sofa bed. The kitchenette has two electrical cooking plates, sink, refrigerator with a mall freezer and microwave.
The second room is the bedroom, with a king size bed and cupboard. From the bedroom you access to the bathroom with shower, sink, wc, bidet and heater.
Both the two rooms has very big windows on the street.
Bathroom and kitchenette are modern and just renewed.
The apartment is recommended for two person.
The apartment is equipped with central heating, and central air conditioning, satellite TV.
The price include clening service at check out and clening service per week for stay longer than 7 nights.

    I am really sorry we did not meet and that WiFi did not work, it usually was ok for email reading. I am going to fix it. If you needed more kitchen stuff you could have asked to me or Maurizio, would have been easy to improve. Thank you indeed for let me know today that there is a problem with the fuse blowing, it should not happen, there must be something wrong. I will investigate. I am very surprised you said that the apartmental is not what it seems, the pictures show exactly the apartment as it is, in the description is, I think, well written that is a ground floor, the exact square meter of the apartment, small kitchen can be seen from the picture too. I am also surprised that the dining area is not enough confortable for only two person's. Never got such kind of comments. For sure I will through away the broken stool. I am glad the apartment was warm and that you sleep well. For your information , the same system that makes the apartment warm in winter, makes it cool in summer even when there are 40degC outside. I hope you enjoy the view of the Foro Romano every morning leaving the apartment.
