In downtown Rome, near Piazza Navona, the Vatican and the Spanish Steps, in the heart of the shopping district, Casa Visconti – more than a Bed&Breakfast – is an indipendent residential portion, on the fourth floor of a prestigious building from the early 20th century.

This apartment full of light, elegantly furnished, is made of well separated rooms: a large bedroom (with a king size bed), with all comforts; another double bedroom with private bathroom; a cozy living room (with a double bed couch); a fully furnished kitchen area, and a large stylish bathroom with masonry shower. The large rooms, each with its exclusive touch, with stucco decorations and four-meter high ceilings, fully cover the needs of just a couple or of a family, for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

A lively and high class shopping district during the day, Prati displays exclusive attractions in the evening, with the opening of wine bars, excellent pizza places and restaurants. The area offers a wide selection of cultural events, music, theatre, cinema, but also a variety of places for the younger generations.

How do damage deposits work?

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Paola e Giovanni (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
