Villa Melitta is a spacious luxury 6 Bedroom Pool Villa arranged on 3 floors having a total floor area of 511 square meters (5,500 square feet) with million dollar views on all floors of Bangrak Bay, Bophut Hills, Big Buddha and the islands of Koh Som and Koh Phangan. A jacuzzi on the roof deck sets the scene for some of the most breathtaking sunsets you may ever see.The Villa design consists of an idyllic fusion of contemporary modern design with classic Thai style. The Villa entrance sets the scene for a uniquely designed interior with the central focus of a grand open-plan dining, luxury modern western kitchen and pool concept.The house is completely private with 2 master bedrooms one off the main lounge with private access to the 10 meter pool. The other one on the second floor which boasts a private sunbed terrace and breakfast area. There are 3 other bedrooms on this level all have their own modern luxurious ensuite.Moving up to the roof balcony is another huge living room equipped with state of the art video and sound system. The folding door will lead you to the very spacious balcony with magnificent sea view. Here you can host Champagne Sunset parties or be private with a loved one in the covered Jacuzzi.The villa is perfectly equipped to accommodate 10-12 people combining privacy with unique social areas which is perfect choice for 2 or more visiting families with children.

This review is totally unfounded if you look at any other review you will find them most positive. After asking my 2 boys who manage the villa, they had explained to me that, you were reluctant to settle your bill. I do not know how things work in Israel but everywhere else in the world you pay on arrival whether its a hotel or a villa. So due to your reluctance to pay you were avoiding my 2 boys who take care of the villa 24/7, thus you never asked them for a children's channel, nor did you make any communications with the Villa staff who are very efficient. Villa is not in the flight path at all, planes fly over in the distance and pass in less than 10 seconds and are a novelty to watch. Towels in Villas are renewed every 3 days and so is changing of bedding, this is normal for all villas and on our website. But if you asked they would have changed both if required. You were 11 people so you would have needed a Van, Vans on Samui require a 1 hour notice but usually come within 20 min. You are 15 min from Chewang the beaches are much cleaner and better in Banrak where we are, if you wanted to stay in Chewang you should have booked a hotel for 11 people and paid $6000 for 5 nights in Chewang. There are no fences on any pools that i have ever seen in Thailand. The stairs are there so you can get to the magnificent views that we have from the bedrooms. We find your review absolute unfounded, why is your stay any different to others, ohh because you avoided the managers who would take care of every one of your needs.

Great location, we loved a restaurant right outside of the villa. One negative thing was that but we did get robbed when we were not home, use the safes!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
