From the owner

Our very spacious lodge comfortably accommodates 8 people and incorporates a large open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen. Two double bedrooms (1 with king size bed and en suite bathroom) and two twin bedrooms, T.V./DVD in one of the twin bedrooms for younger children to watch a D.V.D or teenagers to chill with a film or to listen to their own music leaving the adults to relax on the decking or the lounge. Separate shower/toilet room.

All the rooms are very tastefully furnished with added touches to create a warm homely atmosphere. Patio doors lead from the lounge onto an extended decking area with stunning views over the lake and the surrounding countryside.

Garden furniture and gas BBQ are included for your use. We cater for all ages and have included a smart T.V, Freeview.

The spacious decking area is ideal for B.B.Q'S and provides a secure area for younger guests to play while the adults relax in the lounge or ready thereselves to go to the nearby attractions (many a short drive away). Family board games, films and interactive games for the T.V are all supplied for your entertainment.. There is a play area situated very near the lodge for ball games that is enjoyed by all our guests.

For your convenience we will make all beds up ready for your arrival.
Travel cots and high chairs are available at no extra cost,let us know when you book if they are needed and we shall make sure they are available (we just ask you to bring your own cot bedding).
All gas and electricity are included in the price.

Tea towel, jays cloth, bin bags, washing-up liquid,hand wash and a starter pack of tea, coffee and sugar are provided. If you require other items please ask on booking and we will do our best to supply.

How do damage deposits work?
