A Truly Holiday Home with a swimming pool(Outdoor and indoor*) and Jacuzzi, BBQ area, Wi-Fi. Just recently launched and designer finished with modern furnishings. 7 bedroom villa accommodates up to 18 persons.

Villa Diamantina, a stunning 7-bedroom villa, is located in the center of the island, within the upmarket area of High Ridge/St. Julians. It is just 5 minutes away by car from the popular towns of St Julian's and Sliema, and the nightlife capital Paceville.

This brand new property comfortably sleeps 10 people but can accommodate up to 18. The property comprises 3 spacious double bedrooms with balcony and sea views, a triple bedroom, and bunk bedrooms. The villa also comprises 5 bathrooms, two of which are en-suite shower rooms.

Designer finish and modern furnishings, the property have excellent facilities inside and out, including a large swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, spacious surrounding terrace for outside dining and BBQ area, games room and children play area, roof terrace, cable TV with international channels, a well-equipped designer kitchen and Wi-Fi. It also enjoys unobstructed sea views, a secure car park on the street, and easy access to many of the island's highlights, as well as necessary amenities.

*The Shared Indoor pool & Jacuzzi are available all year.

*The shared indoor pool is heated at 27°.

*Air conditioning is not included and will be charged an extra EUR 50 per card.

At Diamantina we set house rules in moderation. However since the area is a residential and quiet, we have strict rules on loud noises and music, partying, indecent behaviour and splashing in the pool by the late hours of the night. This results in disturbing the neighbourhood and if advice is not followed and honoured charges apply.

About the Pool, we have to say that this was cleaned prior to your arrival and also that is not advisable to drink tap water in Malta.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Holiday Letting (the owner) a message.

If Holiday Letting (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
