With great views of the stunning pool, the trees and the lush gardens from all the rooms, this luxury "architect designed" house with great volumes is very confortable and welcoming. Modern, originale, warm and charming the property is ideally located amongst the very sought after "Chiberta Pignada Forest", close to the beaches, the golf, tennis and the local square "5 cantons" where you will find shops, markets and restaurants.

At walking distance to the long surveyed beaches, restaurants and cafes, it provides great opportinities for everyone in the family: swiming, jogging, cycling , surfing , playing golf or tennis, horse riding (stables 400ms away), ice skating ....at the beach or in the forest close by.

The property has a very beautifull heated pool (5x10) tiled with blue ceramics, surrounded by large timber decks with outdoor couches, sun lounges, a very nice stylish pergola, ping pong table, barbecue, so it provides the best environment to relax after the beach and enjoy an outdoor aperitif, lunch or diner.. There is NO VIEWS on or from the neigbours...

Downstairs has a family room and an american kitchen with high ceilings, antic and modern furniture, views of the pool, bamboo's and trees....Blond heated timber floors and white tiles, american kitchen, large plasma screen and Bose, 4 double bedrooms upstairs (1 king bed, 5 doubles, and a baby cot), 2 baths (1 spa), 2 showers, 2 separate toilets, all modern amenities and very high standart fittings and furniture makes it an ideal destination for a shared vacation with friends or family.

Pool view- Sun room to read- American kitchen, bar and big American fridge- ducted vacuum- Log fire insert and wood provided- House cleaner on request- Sports coach (gym, acqua gym, Zumba, Boxe....) on request.

- Gardener, and swimming pool cleaner- The garden is orientated south, and has shade with beautiful trees. It is inclosed, so kids are safe inside the property. - The pool is heated (30/32 degrees). It has a translucent cover called "abrideal" for shoulder season which helps maintaining it warm, clean and secure, while you can still swim under it. It has hydraulic poles to keep it open. - There is an alarm for the kids security- We also provide a local made gaz barbecue called "Plancha"-

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Agnes (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
