Beautiful loft close to Plaza España and Fira de Barcelona, ideal for business or pleasure trips. Nice terrace always sunny with views perfect to chill/relax. Full commodities guaranteed. It offers air-condition, free Wi-Fi 100MB speed, smart-TV.

Since July 2020 a NEW elevator has been installed in the building.

Fully furnished and tastefully decorated loft with a sunny private terrace and full of natural light, very nice as you can see in the pictures.

Perfect place to relax when you are at home, very comfortable and cozy.

Some reviews of the property reference how heavy is to climb the stair to get to the property as it is an attic, but since July 2020 a lift is available to get to the property.

The loft is laid out with a mezzanine level bedroom with double bed in addition to the sofa downstairs.

There is a desk with a office chair ideal for a home office stay.

There is Wifi with very excellent speed 100Mb, air-conditioning and heat-pump equipment.

It will be also included during your stay freshly laundered towels, bed linens, body wash, and shampoo.

The property does have a touristic licence issued by the local government: HUTB-009573.

Checkin must be between 14:00 and 22:00. After 22:00 will have an extra-charge depending -on the time of arrival.

It is ideal for 2 people but it could host up to 3 people. There is a double bed and also a double sofa bed.

The space is distributed in 2 areas. In the upper area (10 m2) threre is a double bed.

In the ground area (54 m2) is the leaving room with double bed sofa, a 39' LED TV, a separate kitchen, bathroom and the terrace .

Blackout shutters on the terrace doors will make you sleep really well, also inside the apartment you will not hear noises from the street at all.

There are lots of good places to eat in the area and a good local market and supermarket to shop in.

It is very well situated, just 5 min walk from plaza España where you can find several shops and restaurants around this area.

Arenas de Barcelona Shopping Centre is located in Plaza España, there are many shops, cinema and restaurants with beautiful sights to Montjuic, do not miss book one of the restaurant at the terrace for dinner.

Barcelona 'El Prat' Airport is 15 minutes by bus and regular airport buses leave from a bus stop located 500 metres away. The apartment is also 3 km from Plaza Cataluña and Barcelona old town.

Sants Train Station is a 5-minute walk from the property.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Elias (the owner) a message.

If Elias (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
